Your back is sore when you stand. Your hips hurt when you reach to pick up your grandchild. Walking up stairs leaves you breathless. Why? The why doesn’t matter, what matters is you want to feel better and I have to tools to help you. It can be a long road but with patience, time and kindness to yourself your wellness journey will enhance your life and wellbeing.

Having a personal trainer/coach is like having your own personal cheerleader who also happens to know how your body works. Working with me will give you the extra push and focus that you may not have on your own.
